Inclusion
- Food- Veg breakfast, Lunch, Dinner as per itinerary.
- All intercity travel, transfers, and sightseeing by A/C vehicle.
- All toll taxes, vehicle charges, fuel, driver allowance, and parking fees.
- 2-night stay in the specified hotel or a similar one.
Exclusion
- 5 % GST
- Travel insurance.
- Airfare / Train fare
- All private expenses.
- Entry fees and guide services charges.
- Laundry, gratuities, porter services, and personal costs
- Entry tickets, additional fees, water, extra blankets, and beverages
- Costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances, such as train and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle breakdowns, political unrest, etc.
- Special pooja, VIP/VVIP darshan, temple darshan.
- Any items not listed in the inclusions above.
Payment Policy
From 01 Jan 2025 to 31 March 2025

- EMI option is available.
- 50% payment due at the time of booking.
- 100% payment due 15 days before departure.
- Bookings generally close 7 days before the travel date.
Terms & Conditions
Notes* Packages are not valid during festival seasons.
- All individuals must carry a government-issued photo identity card. Those without valid tickets and ID proof will not be permitted to join the Package.
- Packages are designed based on age factors, so please ensure you provide accurate details. In case of any discrepancies in your age information, a penalty may be applied.
- Please ensure to register your luggage or bag with our representative before the package begins.
- For your comfort and well-being, please bring any essential medications and items you may need during the trip.
- The standard hotel check-in time is typically 2:30 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to the hotel’s discretion.
- Tour Manager services are available for groups of 15 or more. For smaller groups, a driver-cum-guide will assist you.
- If the designated hotel is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative hotel with similar facilities.
- AC and other amenities may vary by region, especially in cooler or hilly areas due to climatic conditions.
- Availability of hotel rooms and airline seats is confirmed at the time of booking.
- Booking vouchers and tickets will be provided at least 1-2 days before the departure date.
- For travel outside of India, a valid passport is required.
- Only two adults are allowed per room, excluding child under 5 years of age.
- In some cases, the hotel may request a security deposit, which will be refunded after check-out. Please ensure you collect the receipt after making the payment.
- The cost for changes to your ticket or extending its validity is not included in the package price and will need to be paid separately.
- The services included in the package are fixed and cannot be modified. However, please note that any additional services requested will be subject to extra charges, and will be provided if available. If something is non-operational, we will process your refund within 1 week. For more information, kindly contact our representative they assist you.
- Any personal expenses, events, parties, laundry, room services, adventures, drinks, or other fees not mentioned in the package will be your responsibility to pay.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities or political restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements and will provide reasons for the changes. We will make every effort to provide the maximum possible refund, based on agreements with our partners, but our liability is limited to the amount paid for the travel. If we cannot provide the booked arrangements, we will offer alternative dates if the tour has not yet started. If you wish to modify your plans after confirmation, we will do our best, though changes may not always be possible. All associated costs will be your responsibility.
- Please ensure the safety of your belongings, including luggage, phone, laptop, and other personal items. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your travel.
- If you encounter any issues, please promptly contact our representative for immediate assistance.
- You may cancel your package at any time in accordance with our published cancellation policy. For any assistance, please reach out to us at support@trurism.com.
