  • The applicable cancellation policy depends on the type of service booked (e.g., flights, hotels, holiday packages) and the policies of the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).


✈️ Flight Bookings

  • Domestic Flights: Cancellations are subject to airline policies and may include cancellation charges and convenience fees.

  • International Flights: Vary by airline, fare type, and route. Some tickets may be non-refundable.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed after deducting airline and Trurism service fees.


🏨 Hotel Bookings

  • Most hotels offer free cancellation within a certain time frame (e.g., 24–72 hours before check-in).

  • Some rates (e.g., promotional or non-refundable) are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.

  • Hotel-specific cancellation terms will be displayed at the time of booking.


🚘 Car Rentals / Cabs

  • Free cancellation is usually allowed up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur full charges.


📦 Holiday Packages & Tours

  • Cancellation policies vary based on package type, travel date, and vendor terms.

  • Packages involving visa, flights, or hotels are often partially non-refundable.

  • Refund timelines and deductions will be clearly communicated upon request.


💳 Refund Timelines

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days.

  • The actual time taken may depend on your payment method and bank processing times.


Important Notes

  • Convenience fees, if charged during booking, are non-refundable.

  • Partial cancellations (like cancelling one passenger in a multi-person booking) may not be allowed for some services.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or missed services.
