  • Applicable airline cancellation charges and Trurism processing fees will be deducted before initiating the refund.

  • Free cancellation bookings are typically eligible for a full refund if cancelled within the specified time frame.

  • No refunds are provided for no-shows or late cancellations.


📦 Holiday Packages & Tours

  • Inclusions like flights, visas, or activities may be non-refundable.

  • Refund amount will be calculated after deducting applicable cancellation charges and third-party costs.


🚘 Cabs & Transfers

  • Free cancellation refunds are available if cancelled within the allowed timeframe (e.g., 24 hours).

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of cancellation.

  • Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

  • Refunds for transactions made using third-party EMI or pay-later options may take longer and are subject to the third-party’s refund policy.
